#1 Take good care of yourself.

I have been encouraging people to take good care of themselves for as long as I can remember. It’s on my voicemail and the tagline on my email. There is nothing more important.

This little phrase means something different to everyone that hears it. It quietly suggests that you pay attention to that area in your life where you know you could be living better.

The truth is, all of us have an area in our life where we could be taking better care of ourselves. Where in your life do you know you are not living your best?

Is it your physical health, your emotional health, your finances, your relationships? Be honest with yourself and then start today doing something that moves you one step further in taking good care of yourself. Your life and business depend on it.

I have learned first hand and now know for certain that my business thrives when I am at my best. Ideas cannot flow into a worried mind (by the way… 95% of what you worry about never even happens)

A tired body won’t have the stamina to accomplish your goals. You cannot focus on growing your business if your relationships are chaotic. There is always something you can do to better yourself…find out what it is and do it.
