The Business Savvy Social Worker:
5 Ways to Leverage That MSW to
Build the Business You Want
March 20, 2025 at 7PM EST

Hey Social Worker, Samara Stone here...
It’s time to flip the script on what’s possible with your MSW.
Let’s talk about how the skills you’ve already mastered can open doors you didn’t even know existed.
As social workers, you’re natural problem-solvers, passionate advocates, and skilled communicators—but that’s just the beginning.
What if I told you that these same talents are the foundation for becoming a business-savvy entrepreneur?"

Everything you learned in school and your day-to-day refinement of your skills has positioned you to grow your career even bigger than you might have imagined possible.
Too often I see social workers operating beneath their potential and wanting more for themselves. Being in business as a social worker goes far beyond private practice. You already have the skills to grow as a consultant, coach, speaker, trainer, author, executive, or leader in any space you choose to occupy.
Your MSW isn’t just a credential—it’s a toolkit for building a career that aligns with your passions and your purpose.

If you’ve ever wondered what’s possible beyond the traditional paths of social work—whether it’s starting a private practice, building a thriving business, or stepping into a whole new role—this masterclass is for YOU

The Business Savvy Social Worker is a chance to take a closer look at how your MSW isn’t just a credential—it’s a toolkit for creating new opportunities, both for yourself and the communities you care about.
